Calling all beginner runners! Ever dream of running your first 5K? Join us for this condensed 5-week training program designed to get you across the finish line of your first race! Program includes full training plan, weekly team run, running tips, and healthy living and nutrition strategies all in a fun, social environment. Ages 14+

TIME: 8:30 (30-45 min sessions depending on workout)

Kids Class Levels:
Shake & Bakers 1 - This 60-minute class will explore the world of baking, incorporating elements of math and literacy, while helping each child learn the importance of good nutrition in a FUN and energetic environment. Strong focus on group work. Classes are limited to six children and are drop-off programs (although parents are always welcome). Ages 3-5 years.
Shake & Bakers 2 - All the elements of Shake & Bakers I, but with a bit more emphasis on working with partners. This is a 90-minute drop-off class for up to eight children ages 5-7 years.
Junior Bakers 1 - This is a 90-minute to 2-hour class in which participants work in pairs and/or independently. In addition to teaching core baking skills, our goal to is inspire creativity, and provide opportunities for learning, personal growth, and self-expression. Classes up to 10 children ages 8-14 years.
Junior Bakers 2 - This is a 2-hour class focused almost entirely on independent creations. Baking projects will be at the intermediate/advanced level. Classes up to 10 children ages 11-14.
